- If you place an order before 10:00 pm, it will be dispatched the next working day. - We will deliver your order within the next 72 hours (from Monday to Friday) after the date of your purchase, at the store you selected.You can come and collect your parcel at the store you selected, from the date indicated in the email confirmation. To collect your parcel, you must bring your identity card and either the dispatch email confirmation, or order email confirmation or the invoice. Don’t forget it !
Colissimo delivery service :
- If you place an order before 10:00 pm it will be dispatched the next working day. - We will deliver your order within 3 to 5 days (from Monday to Friday)* from the date of your purchase. You will receive a shipping email confirmation, so you will be able to track you order on the delivery company’s website.
We charge: 5,90€ by order.
Kiala delivery point services to the nearest store from your house, work place or other :
- If you place an order before 10:00 pm it will be dispatched the next working day. - We will deliver you order within 3 to 4 days (from Monday to Friday)* from the date of your purchase. Thanks to the expedition email confirmation you will receive, you will be able to track you order on the delivery company’s website. Once the parcel arrives to the Kiala point of delivery, you will receive another email with the information necessary to collect your parcel. You have 14 days to collect your parcel from the date of deliver. After this period the parcel will be returned to Jennyfer.
